Shipping Policy

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as Delhivery. The product will be dispatched within 2-3 days depending on the stock.
After dispatch, the shipping takes 2 – 3 working days.

 

Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared with the registered email address to track the shipment.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We may preauthorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. Return &

Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Exchange is possible only incase of sizeable issues.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

​

  1. Click on the Tari chat Icon on the right bottom screen.

  2. Send in your order id along with your name and date of purchase

  3. Wait for confirmation from the Tari team

  4. On approval you will have to courier back the Tarisuit, please note that courier charges for return or exchange will be bourn by the customer.

  5. Refund or Exchange will be initiated only once the ordered piece is received by the company.
